He is survived by: his parents, Milton Thall and Bobbette Thall; his wife Michelle Pettit; his children, Rachel, Trent and Mackenzie Thall; his siblings, Karen Thall, Robert Thall (Dawn) and Lynne Thall; his sister-in-law Kim Malley; his nieces and nephews, Peter, Cyrene, Josh, Taylor, Lindsey, Jake and Brooklyn; and his friend Mike Doutt.
