He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter and Mabel; his wife Shirley (Coulter); and his brothers, Walter and Jerry.

He is survived by : his children, Sheri Zakarowsky (John), Darla Stiles Neumann (Gary), Cathy Javaras (Michael) and Dallas Jr. (Cathy); and his grandchildren, Matthew Javaras (Alicia), John Zakarowsky, Ashley Lapikas (Mark), Carrie Bielinski (Justin), Dallas Stiles (Kayla) and Dylan Stiles. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.

“Dallas was my best friend , my love and my companion. We were together almost 14 years. We enriched each other’s life. We had a wonderful fun filled life until he became ill . I took care of him when he was at home until he passed away. I miss him terribly. Love you Dallas. Ginny”
