He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sedlak and Mary Sedlak; and his sister Carol (Reust). He is survived by: his children, Daniel Sedlak, Jr. (Kim), Kevin Sedlak, Robyn Sedlak and Melanie Lloyd (Ronald); his grandchildren, Stephanie Sedlak (Abe Woods), Shannon Lloyd, Jacob Lloyd and Julia Vana; and his great grandchild Diana Woods.
