It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward D. Curren of Strongsville, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Curren, and Rheta Deforest Curren, Jr. (Persaul); and his brother Richard Curren. He is survived by: his wife Carol Curren (Lombard); his sons, Edward Deforest Curren IV and Christopher Curren (Megan); his grandchildren, Hannah, Oliver and Delilah; his brother David Curren; and his sibling's children, Brian Curren, Emily Curren (Evan Smith), Kimberly Maxwell (Scott) and Kristin Lichtenberg.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Medina United Methodist Church (4747 Foote Rd, Medina, OH 44256). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A procession will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 9:15 AM. The military honors will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44273).
