She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Puskas and Helen Puskas; her significant other Michael; her brother William Puskas; and her grandson Daniel.

She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Jr., Cynthia DeRosa (Christie) and Kimberly Kalinich-Zacharyasz; her grandchildren, Michael III, Clinton, Christopher (Kelli), James (Alicia), Annie and Anthony; and her family Kalinich Fence Co. She is also survived by her family—her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
