He was predeceased by: his father Harry Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Kira Thomas (Graham); his children, James Raymond Thomas Jr. (Susan) and Sara Thomas; his siblings, Gayle Wolfert (Tom) and Joyce Waldron (Michael); and his grandchildren, James Raymond Thomas III and Julia Thomas.
