She was predeceased by : her mother Barb Soza. She is survived by : her father Scott Soza (Barb); her husband Antimo "Paul" Gazzillo; her son Francis Grayson Gazzillo; her siblings, Corey Durichko (Jesse), Kylie Mason (John) and Lauren Wernke (Justin); and her grandparent Russell Klaehn (Marlene). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Jenna Gazzillo Foundation and Scholarship Fund. Donations will be used to support a scholarship fund for a North Royalton High School student who has been touched by breast cancer during their lives.
