She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Rosann Straughn and Earl Straughn; her husband Richard Wise Jr.; her sons, Scott Sponseller, Joseph Sponseller (Shelly), Mark Sponseller (Christy) and Richard Wise III; her grandchildren, Monica, Aryel, Jordan, Trevor, Andrew and Tristan; her great grandchild Cheyenne Rhodes; and her siblings, Susan Sandefur, Tom Straughn and Jack Straughn.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nosek-McCreery Funeral Home (8150 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Basil the Great Catholic Church (8700 Brecksville Rd, Brecksville, OH 44141).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Linda's name are suggested to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) https://www.aspca.org. or to a local animal shelter.
