He is survived by: his wife Nancy (Naylor) of Pagosa Springs; his sons, Dale (late Michele) of Ravenna and Paul (Lavonne) of Pagosa Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, Dale, Ashley, Jenna and Savannah; his great grandchild Brooklyn; his sister Roberta; his brother-in-law Dan Carpenter; and his nephew James Carpenter.
