She was predeceased by : her grandsons, James Allan Chunat and Vincent Cooper. She is survived by : her parent Ruth Hochevar; her husband James Cooper Sr.; her former life partner Norman McJunkins; her children, James Cooper Jr., Debra Chunat (Mark) and Richard T. Cooper (Pixie); and her brother Frank Halama. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Gentiva Hospice or to the family to defray funeral costs.
