She was predeceased by: her husband Frank J. Mucha; her daughter Mary Ann; and her parents, George Smorada and Frances Smorada. She is survived by: her children, Frank (Nancy), Francine Belz (Don), Matthew, Ruth Ann Owens and Mark (Lori); and her grandchildren, Andrew (Angela), Amanda Minster (AJ), David, Brian (Lindsay), Elizabeth, Michael, Christian, Lindsey and Meredith. She is also survived by her family as a stay at home mother and primary caregiver.
