She was predeceased by: her parents, Dessie Elkins and Edgar Elkins. She is survived by: her daughters, Natalie Anguilano (Marc) and Gina Angel (Melissa); her granddaughters, Marisa Gray (Kyle) and Briana Anguilano; and her siblings, Kathy Harper (Bobby), Peggy Riggs, Otto Elkins (Naomi), Jerry Elkins (Sue), Jack Elkins (Beth) and Gary Elkins (Sarah). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions will be used to express our family's gratitude to the nurses, aides, and staff whose compassion, kindness, and dedication brought comfort and care to Shelba throughout her time in memory care.
