He was predeceased by: his father Thomas J. Chappelle. He is survived by: his children, Brett Chappelle, Traci Chappelle and Blake Chappelle (Lauren); and his sisters, Cathy Kilpatrick, Cheryl Andrasak and Tami Chappelle. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
