He was predeceased by: his spouse Beverly; his parents, Gordie "Chuck" Smith and Annie Fry Smith; and his siblings, Freeman, Wandall and Martha Hepler.
He is survived by: his children, Lucinda Noel (Rick), Eric Smith and Wallace Smith Jr.; and his grandchildren, Stacey, Adam, Marshall, Lincoln and Kennedy Paige.
