He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominic Melchionne and Marie J. Marsicola Melchionne; and his siblings, Victor Melchionne and Francis Lawson. He is survived by: his brothers, Alfred Melchionne (Linda) of Boardman and Frank Melchionne (Barbara) of Struthers.
