She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Gallagher and Virginia R. Hoopes (Green); and her siblings, Charles Gallagher, Raymond Hoopes Jr., Terrance Gallagher and Pamela Gallagher.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Ruiz of Pittsburgh, Michelle Lynn Gallagher of Girard, Sean Patton (Tracy) of Canfield and Dionne Migliore of Boardman; her siblings, Jeffrey Gallagher of Canton, Richard Gallagher of Youngstown and Debra Gallagher of Boardman; and her significant other Robert Lawrence. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
