He is survived by: his daughters, Melanie Campbell of Bay Village and Jennifer Meeker; his grandchildren, Samantha Hamilton (Thomas Ryan) of Lakewood and Jacob Campbell (Praise) of Apollo, Pennsylvania; his great grandchild Liam Hamilton (Samantha); and his brother Allen Meeker (Sharon) of Edenton.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Poland United Methodist Church or American Cancer Society.
