She was predeceased by : her parents, Sue Nikoloff (Yope) and Raymond Nikoloff; her siblings, Nick, George, Joe, Marie and Florence; and her friends, Doris Bindel, Millie Lisko and Dorothy Anzevino (Allar).

She is survived by : her former life partner Albert Landry; her children, Raymond J. (Poland) of Struthers and Karen S. (Struthers) of Columbus; her husband Stanley Cooksey; her niece Joann Burgmyer; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Michael, Paul, Christina and Nicole; her nephew Joseph Burgmyer Jr. (Lois); and her great-nephew Ian.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Jean's name go to the Southwest Reservation Aid at 16415 Addison Rd., Suite 200, in Addison, TX 75001-3210.
