She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Forte; and her grandparents, Edward, Mary Parisi, Rose and Sandy Forte.
She is survived by: her mother Mary Ann Eaton (Parisi); her son Jase; her stepfather Donald Eaton of Struthers; and her siblings, Jessica Sanders of Struthers, Joseph Forte (Deidre) of Columbiana and Ronald Forte (Jenna) of Struthers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
