He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Rogers II and Margaret J. Rogers (Lightbody); and his siblings, Donald Rogers, Richard Rogers, Judy Rogers and Debbie Rogers.
He is survived by: his brother Thomas Rogers (Maria) of Austintown, Ohio; and his close friend Sam Giampetro of Boardman, Ohio.. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews; five great-nieces and great-nephews.
