Though Julie Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Julie Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She is survived by: her parents, Susan Muscatello (Nespeca) and Rodney Bowyer (Mary Beth); her husband Matt; her son William "Ernie" Rotan III of Boardman; and her sister Anne Sheely of Austintown. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Davis-Becker Funeral Home - Boardman (8536 Market St, Boardman, OH 44512). A prayer was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
