She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Judin and Mary Judin (Franko); her husband George J. Phillips; and her daughter Carol Campbell. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Almasy (Michael) of Columbiana; her son-in-law Chuck Campbell of Struthers; her granddaughter Carolyn Styranec (Tom) of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania; her great grandchildren, Jordan, Grace and Bradley; and her sister Mildred Olenich.
