She is survived by : her children, Sherry Maxfield (Michael) of Columbus and Thomas "TJ" Creed (Joy) of Struthers; her grandchildren, Amanda Shah (Nirav) of Philadelphia, PA and Adam Maxfield of Columbus; her brother-in-law Richard "Dick" Creed of Struthers; and her niece Carol Feuerstein (Al).
