Chachko of Struthers and Marilyn Chachko of Scottsdale, Arizona; her grandsons, Michael Chachko (Kelly) and Matthew Chachko; and her great grandchildren, Zachary Chachko, Brooklyn Chachko, Kennedy Chachko and Emma Chachko. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
