He was predeceased by: his in-laws, James and Josephine DeChellis; and his brother Bradley Shubert. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette M. DeChellis (Toni); his daughters, JoLynn Franz (Doug) of Heath and Leslie Fredrick (Ken) of Kentucky; his siblings, Jim Shubert (Carolyn) of Brunswick, Larry Shubert of Michigan and Nancy Shubert of Youngstown; his brothers-in-law, James DeChellis (Patty) of Struthers and Carl DeChellis (Kathy) of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Caleb Franz (Megan Kirlin), Blake Franz, Elijah Franz, Joseph Franz, Isabella Franz and Nicolina Fredrick.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Clemente Funeral Home (700 5th St, Struthers, OH 44471). A prayer will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Our Savior Parish (764 5th St, Struthers, OH 44471).
