He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Benson and Margaret Benson (Adams); and his brother-in-law James Mamounis. He is survived by: his wife Dora Benson; his children, Robert Benson (Stephanie) of Struthers and Kimberly Santucci (Christopher) of Youngstown; his grandchildren, Elliana Benson, Samantha Benson, Payton Benson, Vincent Santucci, Asher Santucci and Griffey Santucci; and his siblings, Edward Benson (Anngel) of Campbell, Paul Benson (Tammy) of Goodyear, Arizona and Terrie Mamounis of Struthers.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:45 PM at the Davidson-Becker Family Center (11 Spring St, Struthers, OH 44471). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
