She is survived by: her aunt Susie; her husband Richard Burns; her children, Michelle Burns of Poland, OH and Dr. Jonathon Burns of Lexington, KY; her brother Mickey Polinko; her sister-in-law Angela Polinko of Gilbert, AZ.; her pets, Pepper, Ginger, Jack, Swiss Miss, Sully and Tully; Susie.
