He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Thomas and Roberta Wagner, Sr. (Rook). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ann Luginbill; his siblings, Theodore (Michelle), Susan Hess (Charles), Jeffrey (Maryann) and Edith Patsko (Gary); his sons, Todd and Kristian (Jennifer); and his grandchildren, Addison and Tyson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
