He was predeceased by: his parents, Luciano Centofanti and Pasqualina Ricottilli Centofanti; his wife Rose Marie DeMichele; his daughter Victoria Rose Centofanti; his sister Nancy DiLisio; and his siblings-in-law, Dante and Concetta Centofanti.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia A. Pacella (Dan) of Canfield, OH; his brothers, Achille Centofanti of Boardman, OH and John Centofanti (Marlene) of Boardman, OH; his grandchildren, Gianna Victoria Pacella, Elianna Maria Pacella and Gino Antonio Pacella; and his brother-in-law Ralph DiLisio of Poland, OH.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
