He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Wisniewski and Irene Wisniewski (Chilinski). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Wisnewski of Stryker and Justin Wisnewski (Emily) of Noblesville, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Victoria, Jacqueline, Sterling, Carys, Fiona and Judah.

Memorials in the name of Dennis may be made to Christ Community Church or New Hope Community Church.
