Karen Borton Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Karen Borton of Stryker, Ohio. Karen, born on October 21, 1944, passed away on August 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Nafziger and Vivienne Nafziger (Peugeot); and her brother David Nafziger. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her son Anthony Sokolowski (Kasia); her stepson Chris Borton; her grandchildren, Ben and Sophie; and her siblings, Nancy Jaggers, Daniel Nafziger (Kathy), Ted Nafziger (Tina) and Tom Nafziger (Pam). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the First Lutheran Church of Stryker.
