She is survived by: her children, Jay Jacobson (Kayla), Jesse Jacobson, Jana Jacobson (Scott) and Jennifer Jacobson; her grandsons, Mason and Bentley; and her siblings, Lewis Schlabach (Gertrude), Titus Schlabach (Alice) and Ruth Hershberger (Dan). She is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
