He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell F. King and Erma Rose King (Klein); his stepmother Helen King Moore; his siblings, Glendale King and Donna Jean Thomas (Jack); and his brother-in-law Glen McCaslin.
He is survived by: his wife Emmy; his sons, Bruce A. King (Stephanie) of Berlin, Steven M. King (Kelli) of Colorado and Douglas R. King (Karen) of Florida; and his sister Shirley McCaslin of Dundee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Smith-Varns Funeral Home (115 Andreas Dr NE, Sugarcreek, OH 44681). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
