He was predeceased by: his parents, John Courtney and Mary Ann Rouse (Kessler); and his aunt Rita Somsel. He is survived by: his wife Louise Ann Rouse (Brown); his siblings, Carol Ann (Jamie Frush), Patty (Kevin Breeding) and Rob; his sister-in-law Sophie Rouse; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
