It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jackie L. Taylor Sr. of Sullivan, Ohio, who passed away on February 11, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, French Taylor and Iilah Taylor; his wife Hazel Taylor; and his daughter Victoria Taylor. He is survived by: his sons, Jackie "Pete" Taylor of Sullivan and James "Jay" Taylor (Karen) of Ashland; his son-in-law Hugh Michailides of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jessica Cowhick (Ryan Tracy) of Sullivan, Justin Taylor of Nova, Janice Moore (Kyle) of Ashland, Julie (Reuben Hostetler) of Wooster and Abbie Pondage (Jake) of Sullivan; his great grandchildren, PJ Dubena of Sullivan, Avery, Taylor Esterline of Ashland, Memphis Hazel and Truman John Pondage of Sullivan; his sister-in-law Justine "Tina" Cox (Tommy) of North Carolina; and his close friends, Spot and Prissy.
