She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Jakse and Frances Jakse; and her brother Jeffrey Anthony Jakse. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Hazlett of Sullivan; her stepchildren, John Hazlett (Ellen) and Sue Payne (Brett); her stepgrandchildren, Zach Payne and Emily Hazlett; and her siblings, Winney, Genevieve (Clarence) and Dennis Jakse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and nephews.
