He is survived by: his wife Mary Pyles Sparkman; his daughters, Melanie Skinner (Wayne) of Beallsville and Amy Serdy (Kris) of Caldwell, Ohio; his siblings, Jane Hines of Columbus, Cheryl Dalton of Beallsville, Ohio, Paul Sparkman (Pam) of Woodsfield and Wayne Sparkman of Columbus, Ohio; his grandchildren, Steven Skinner (Darcy), John Skinner (Melissa), Drew Phillips (Kayla), Katy Phillips (Dave), Levi Phillips and Jack Serdy; and his great grandchildren, Alli, Aubree, Avery, Jaydan, Zach, Wesley and Neal.
