She was predeceased by : her parents, Raleigh O'Neal and Lena O'Neal (Koehn); her husband Art Beelendorf; and her siblings, Raleigh Harvey O'Neal Jr., Ernest "Buster" O'Neal, Jimmy Dale O'Neal, Robert Eugene O'Neal, Cecil Ray O'Neal, Margie Wright and Betty Ellen O'Neal.
She is survived by : her stepfather Albert Stratton; her children, Debra Miller (Greg) of Sunbury and John Beelendorf of Columbus; her grandchildren, Sara Gallow (Clay), Jessica Bame (Karl III), Aspen Beelendorf and Logan Beelendorf; her sister Violet Douglas of Enid; and her great grandchildren, Karl Bame IV, Emmalyn Bame and Riley Gallow. She is also survived by her family & friends.
