She is survived by: her husband William Morris Conley; her daughters, Laura Forman (Brent) and Karen Powers; her grandchildren, Nelli Patrick (Brian), B. J. Helton (Tara) of Brooke Rader, J. J., John Rader, Charelton Lauber, Luke Forman (Lisa) and Destiny Mendiola; and her great grandchildren, Kimberly Thompson, Brayden Thompson, Landon Green, Jack Lauber, Deshawn Henry, Eli Helton, Ethan Helton, Eva Helton, Connor Gaulin, Dalton Aisel, Shealyn Forman Hoyt Forman and Nash Forman.
