She was predeceased by: her parents, Noah Salyers and Myrtle Salyers (Stambaugh); her husband Joe Stout; her siblings, Randall, William, Sam Salyers, Alma Andrix, Marie Reynolds and Patricia Salyers; and her half-brother Bob Salyers.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Stout of Johnstown, Ohio and Tammy Smoke (Jim) of Marengo, Ohio; her grandchildren, Joshua Stout and Ryan Smoke; her great grandchildren, Zoey Stout and Bastian Smoke; her daughter-in-law Beth Owens; her granddaughter-in-law Christen Stankiewicz; and her brother John Salyers. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
