She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Affatigato and Rose Affatigato. She is survived by: her husband Arnold; her children, Arnold, Salvatore, Darin and Rhonda; her children-in-law, Holly, Helen, Lara and Joe; and her grandchildren, Marcus, Chloe, Fiona, Madeline, Joseph and Jonathan.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Neumann Catholic Church (9633 OH-37, Sunbury, OH 43074).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Patricia's memory by donating candy to a local Halloween event or community organization.
