She was predeceased by : her parents, Harrison Ullom and Flora Ullom (Davis); her former life partners, Don Campbell and Dennis McComas; and her siblings, Tom Ullom, Roberta Lawson and Shirley Stuart.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald D. Bellar; her children, Tanya L. Foulk (Kevin) of Prospect, Erick V. Campbell (Donna) of Ashley and Nathan L. Campbell (Alison) of Prospect; her stepdaughters, Deanna Delara (Greg) of Jacksonville and Tammy Bellar of Westerville; and her siblings, Martha McBride of Marysville and Bill Ullom (Brenda) of Westerville.
