He is survived by: his wife Jill Salerno; his children, Amie Kingsley (Elroy), Andrew Salerno and Allison Russell (Chad); and his grandchildren, Sebastian Kingsley-Wilkens, Hazel Kingsley-Wilkens, Wyatt Russell, Cooper Russell and Emerson Russell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
