In the vast expanse of eternity, may Russell Thomas find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Paul Light and Catherine Etta Light (Bigsbee); his aunt Norma Ogsbury (Russ); and his uncle John Bigsbee. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Light (Lincoln); his daughter Holly Bradley (Matt); his granddaughters, Emma Bradley and Anna Bradley; and his loyal buddy Archie.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 OH-61, Sunbury, OH 43074). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Russ's name can be made to Hospice of Central Ohio (269 Cherry Valley Rd SE, Newark, Ohio 43055).
