He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward F. Shively and Mary R. Shively (Ballman); and his niece Megan Hess. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Pidock (Wade) and Joshua Shively (Laura); his grandchildren, Kamron Kuehner (Amberly), Harper Shively, Jace Kuehner and Chayton Shively; his great grandchildren, Hayes and Hyatt Kuehner; and his siblings, Steve Shively (Dawn), Cathy Hess (Scott Boyer), David Shively (Juli) and Becky Malone. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, & friends.
