He is survived by: his parents, Burnard Barney Jr. and Nona May Barney (Engel); and his siblings, Tim Barney (Angie), Eugene Barney (Jeannette), Glenda Bellner (Ron), Cindy Teet (Richard) and Tricia O'Rouke (Gene). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
