She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Vavrik and Doris Vavrik (Wagner); her husband John Joseph Kurivial; and her siblings, Henrietta Kleinfelter (Edward) and Leonard Vavrik.
She is survived by: her children, Leslie Young (Tom), Ann Smith (Donald), John C. Kurivial (Susan), Mary Fakih (Jamal) and Steven Kurivial (Tryphena); and her siblings, Milan Vavrik (Louise), Patricia Karcsak (William) and Emily Brower. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
