Eileen Ann Lewandowski Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Ann Lewandowski of Swanton, Ohio, who passed away on December 3, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Rokicki and Florance Rokicki (Mientkiewicz); and her brother Thomase Rokicki. She is survived by: her husband John Lewandowski; her sister-in-law Carol Rokicki; her nephew Andrew (Brittany Rokicki); her niece Jamie Rokicki; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Kay Nelson (Doug), Sarah Byington (Rick), John Nelson, Sam Nelson and Anna Nelson.
