She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Urban and Wealtha Urban (Streaker); and her brothers, Martin, Bill, Johnny, Albert, Tom, Chuck, Gilbert "Gil" and Bobby Urban.

She is survived by: her husband Denny Hallett; her son Michael Hallett (Samone); her grandson Jason Hallett (Anna); her great grandchildren, Amy and Malia; her sister-in-law Anna Catherine Urban; and her niece Eva. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Lucas County Humane Society or Swanton Fire & Rescue.
