He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Neill and Eileen Neill (Burkholder); his brother Delbert Neill; his sister-in-law Mary Neill (O'Brien); and his sisters, Sharon and Judith.
He is survived by : his wife Karen Suzanne Patyi; and his nieces and nephews, Michael Neill, David Neill, Denise Witty and Melissa Keene.
